By Lizbeth Kariuki On an extremely hot Saturday morning, I set about making sangria's, because everyday should be Sangria Day - right? I've put together my very simple sangria recipe using items you could find easily (or buy easily) in a Kenyan kitchen. Ingredients: 1 Green/Red Apple 1 Lemon 1 Lime 1 Bottle of White Wine (I prefer the South African Brands) 1 Bottle of Stoney Tangawizi Directions: Cut up the apple, lemon and lime into small slices (you can use my picture for reference). Place them in a pitcher with 2 cups of white wine, then refrigerate for about an hour (let the fruit soak up all that booze). Remove from the refrigerator and add 1 cup of stoney (or more, if you wish). Serve (great for 2-3 people). Thanks for stopping by Fab One's!
