Shop 'til you pop with Apparel Candy

I'm ecstatic! Why? All because the season's changed, and with that change comes time for a new wardrobe. And that means...shopping! I love to shop for clothes and shoes, jewellery and accessories, plus I don't think I know a girl who doesn't love to shop.

I like to plan ahead, and a lot of ladies interested in fashion do the same. I start by scouting blogs and various websites to see what is in season and what is trending. I can at least begin to imagine what trending items I would want to shop for that would look good on me. Plus, I know from experience that shopping without an idea of what I want is quite disastrous.

One such website you can check out that has all the trendy items this season is Apparel Candy. They have it down to the last detail, so you can shop for entire outfits that coordinate with each other; right from your dress, to nail polish, to lipstick and perfume and so much more.

What’s more, they have wholesale clothing; therefore you can shop for as many items you want without being overburdened by cost. Isn’t that great? It also works out perfectly if you are in the business-end of fashion, because purchasing items such as wholesale tops in bulk and having them shipped will be very simple and easy on your pocket.

Here are some items already on sale at Apparel Candy:

Conseils beauté! Ahem, excuse my French, but that just means "beauty tips." I recently asked my aunt to share her beauty secrets, because she always looks absolutely great, as you can already see. Here are her special tips.

Her Weekly Routine:
Once a week, she uses plain Greek yogurt mixed with avocado as a face mask.
To make the face mask, use one Avocado and mash it in a bowl until all the lumps are gone. Avocado's help to brighten skin and reduce age spots by increasing the production of collagen.
Next, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt and a spoonful of honey. Honey works wonders as it helps soak up impurities from your skin, cures acne, plus soaks up any impurities. Greek yogurt contains natural alpha hydroxy acid, that helps smooth and exfoliate skin. After applying on your skin, leave it in for half an hour then rinse out.

Her Daily Routine:
She never uses soap on her face, instead she uses Oil of Olay face cloths, which lather like soap when run under water. And, to remove makeup she uses Burt's Bees cucumber cloths which are great for removing heavy makeup. For her whole body, she uses Aveeno body wash orchid scent.

To moisturize her skin she uses Oil of Olay complete moisturizer mixed with 2 squirts of Oil of Olay Regenerist serum and 2 drops of Vitamin E oil for her face and neck. At night, she uses Oil of Olay hydrating night cream.

Finally, she uses Aveeno fragrance-free lotion for her body and, of course, the ever useful Vaseline for her forearms, hands, legs and ankles.

Prom has come to town with Sherry London

I have always wanted to write a post about prom, and here it is finally! The prom season is upon us, and although I have surpassed the age to attend a prom, I always want to pass on the excitement I had preparing for my prom. Actually, I attended 3 prom events to be exact, and the best part of them all – the preparation. It was finally an evening to ditch the school uniform and get all dolled up in makeup, the dress I had bought months earlier and my tall heels. OK, but I’ll be honest; the 3 prom events were spread out in a span of 3 years from when I finished my O-Levels until when I completed my A-Levels. Below is the dress I wore to my final year prom.

Now, about that dress, Sherry London is offering some pretty huge discounts on their gorgeous dresses so that you can look dolled up for your evening without having to break bank. What are you planning to wear - Will it be a short cocktail dress or a long mermaid gown? What’s your signature style – Is it Urban chic or gothic? Sherry London has the dress to match your style and expectations, take your pick from the several dresses below:
With the use of sophisticated fabric and fine detailing, Sherry London prom dress designers have embodied grace and refinement - which is the trend for Prom 2015. Stand out from the crowd, happy shopping!
